We had a wonderful time at this lovely, welcoming home. The location is fantastic and the house is really comfortable and spacious. Lots of fun ping-pong tournaments, soaks in the hot tub, and swims at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are really comfortable. Tania always responded quickly to our questions and we felt very comfortable here. Thanks so much.

Thank you so much Tania for allowing us to have your place as a base for the month over the time of our sons and daughter in laws wedding. The extended family were extremely happy and say that the house will have a special place in their hearts. Thank you for being patient and accommodating with all the changes that we made and making their stay a great memory.

We loved our 10 day stay! House is in a great location with so much to do nearby for everyone of all ages. Beautiful beaches and nearby spots perfect for catching sunsets/sunrise. Home is well equipped for large groups or perfect for a getaway from the city. Photos don't do the house justice at all. Our family enjoyed all the amenities available and our granddaughter especially loved the sheep. Easy drive to Auckland City or in the opposite direction North. No chance of boredom given there's so much to do in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Love this house! Beds are comfy. Shower is great. Kitchen is fab. Coffee machine first class. Epic views. Massive hot tub. Weather has not been great but there is a gas barbecue on the deck and a table tennis table. Huge tv in the lounge with fireplace. New World supermarket is a few minutes away and all the beaches and playgrounds are nice - Tania is an excellent host.

This lovely house is even better than it looks in the photos. The space and bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool, table tennis table and trampoline. Stunning beaches are a few minutes drive away - particularly recommend Arkles Bay for families with young children, it is safe and shallow and sheltered. Tania was an excellent host, very clear and quick communication. Highly recommended.

Homely barn equiped with everything you need for short or long stays. If I could rate this place I would give a 5 star rating, one of the best places we stayed at . Tania is a lovely host happy to help if anything required, she allowed us to park our large imported caravan for a couple of days until we set it for the road while we stayed at the barn. Thank you again Tania!

Lovely big house in a semi-rural location with sea view, which was very quiet yet close to services. Appreciated the use of the spa pool, and coffee machine! Communication was excellent, would happily return.

Stunning, spacious home with spectacular views. Great location - a tranquil escape close to great beaches and national parks. It's immaculately clean and has everything you need to feel at home. Tania was great at communicating and was a real pleasure to deal with.

Superb house, perfectly in line with the description and photos. Very comfortable, furnished with great taste and located close to public transport (Overground, bus) and shops. The perfect "base camp" to discover London with family. Tania also went out of her way to make it enjoyable.

The house is charming and well presented. It was relaxing staying here. We visited central London and our family who live close by. It is close to lots of amenities and easy to access transport links and restaurants. Everything was well thought through, especially our welcome pack.

The space is a great fit as described by Tania. She provided us with tickets to park the car in the street. The house was clean with all the essentials in it to have a good holiday. Buses to central London are at the end of the street (journey time about 20-25 minutes). We were very happy with our stay in London. Thank you very much Tania.
