• Tenant Liaison:
  We reach out to your tenants directly, ensuring a smooth transition. We reassure them that nothing changes in their tenancy.
• Notice to Current Manager:
  We assist you in drafting and delivering a formal notice to your current property manager, in compliance with your existing agreement.
• Sign with FAB:
  Once notice has been given, we all sign a FAB Property Management agreement and begin the onboarding process.
• Property Inspection:
  Our team conducts a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection of your property. You will receive a detailed report with high-quality photos.
• Owner Welcome Pack:
  You, the Owner will receive a Welcome Pack. This pack includes essential information about our services and using our application.
• Tenant Welcome Pack:
  Your tenants will also receive a welcome pack. This pack offers a warm introduction, tenancy information, and a gift to make them feel looked after.
