With over 30 years of experience in property management and a strong background in Information Technology, we bring a unique blend of professionalism, technical acumen, and personal care to every property we manage.

Since 1992, we have managed a diverse portfolio of residential rental properties in Wellington, Auckland, and London, as well as AirBnB properties in Auckland and London. Our experience spans all aspects of property management - from day-to-day operations and tenant relations to maintenance oversight, liaison with Tenancy Services and short-term rental management.

In addition to our property work, we are Directors at KB Group UK Ltd, an Information Technology company specialising in eCommerce ticketing solutions. This dual background has equipped us with strong systems thinking and efficient workflow focused practices that we now bring into FAB Property Management.

After living in Wellington until 1999 and then spending 17 years in London, we returned to New Zealand in 2016 and now reside in Whangaparaoa, Auckland.
