Typical arrangement

An owner commonly provides safe, compliant fixed equipment and any leased containers needed for the property. A tenant may pay for fuel they use where the agreement and local law allow it.

Document the supply

Record bottle levels or meter readings at move-in and move-out, explain refill arrangements and report leaks or defects immediately. Only qualified people should carry out gas work.
